IMDb TV, Amazon’s premium free streaming service, is now available in the UK. The ad-supported streaming service debuts with IMDb TV Originals Luke Bryan: My Dirt Road Diary, Moment of Truth, and Top Class: The Life and Times of the Sierra Canyon Trailblazers, as well as a library of thousands of popular movies and television shows, including Pulp Fiction, Anger Management, The English Patient, Person of Interest, Community, 2 Broke Girls, and more.

Starting today, UK Prime and non-Prime customers can access IMDb TV through the “IMDb TV – Popular Movies and TV – free with ads” carousel within the Prime Video app. In the coming weeks, the free streaming service will also be available via a standalone app on Fire TV. Every month, IMDb TV will add new, highly sought-after licensed content providing customers free entertainment across a variety of genres.

“IMDb TV has created a free-to-consumer destination by combining a hybrid of exclusive Originals from Amazon Studios and highly sought-after movies and television,” said Lauren Anderson and Ryan Pirozzi, co-heads of content and programming, IMDb TV. “Today’s UK launch marks a major step in our mission to deliver customers widely appealing content and globally relevant storytelling, through a personalized, free streaming experience.”

IMDb TV Originals from Amazon Studios further the commitment to building a premium free streaming service with popular, inventive content. IMDb TV Originals now available in the UK include:

  • Luke Bryan: My Dirt Road Diary follows multiplatinum country music superstar Luke Bryan as he experiences ups, downs, triumphs, and tragedies on the road to unprecedented success. Through original home videos, interviews, and incredibly personal footage, viewers get a backstage pass into the life of the country music singer and songwriter. The five-part docuseries is executive produced by Luke Bryan, Kerri Edwards, and Ryan Schmidt, in association with Endeavor Content and Peanut Mountain Productions. • Moment of Truth reveals the never-before-seen story behind the murder of NBA legend Michael Jordan’s father, James Jordan, and the rampant corruption in a rural North Carolina county, where two teenagers, Larry Demery and Daniel Green, were convicted of the crime. The docuseries examines the initial case through the current retrial attempt by Green, who maintains his innocence. Matthew Perniciaro and Michael Sherman of Bow and Arrow Entertainment and Jim Goodmon and Shelly Leslie of Capitol Broadcasting Company serve as executive producers. Watch trailer here.
