Wow, I really loved this movie!
When a gold-greedy nasty piece of work and his gang threaten to take over small town Rose Creek, throwing their weight around, sharing the women and children and torching the local church, it’s up to Denzel and Co. to teach them all a lesson.
Denzel is a cool bad-ass, Chris Pratt is a cool and charming wise cracking bad-ass. Together with five other bad-asses that they cobble together, they set about training the townsfolk in preparation for a huge battle against the bad guys. And boy, what a battle – bullets and arrows fly, dynamite explodes, action galore.
Plenty of humour, not too much to think about, just sit back and enjoy. Magnificent!
